- Los Angeles to Lisbon
- San Francisco to Terceira (Azores)

This expansion marks a significant milestone for TAP Air Portugal, particularly for travelers in Southern California, as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) has not previously offered nonstop flights to Portugal. The new service will enhance connectivity and provide more travel options for those looking to explore Portugal and beyond.
The addition of the Terceira route is particularly noteworthy, as it connects the Azores directly to the West Coast, catering to the large Azorean community in California. This route will also allow travelers to experience the unique beauty of the Azores, known for its stunning landscapes and rich culture.
All new routes will include TAP’s popular Portugal Stopover program, allowing travelers to enjoy up to 10 days in Portugal en route to other European destinations without additional airfare.
