Seven O Five Invests €60 Million in Hotels in Greater Porto

Published on

Seven O Five, a hotel brand under the Teppe group, has announced a significant investment of €60 million to expand its presence in the Greater Porto area. This initiative aims to enhance the region’s tourism offerings by launching six new hotel projects, with two already operational.

The Seven O Five brand has already launched two destinations in Porto this summer, with the 705 Porto Prime Home, located on Faria Guimarães Street, featuring 41 apartments. The brand’s ambitious plan includes the opening of four additional units in Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia by 2026. This expansion is designed to diversify the brand’s portfolio and reach a broader market segment.

The decision to invest €60 million stems from the Teppe group’s desire to venture into the hotel sector, optimizing a collection of properties under its management. The goal is to enhance the tourist experience in the area while contributing to the local economy.
