Portuguese Tech Firm Launches New Centre of Excellence in Louth, Creating 30 Jobs

A Portuguese tech company, Noesis, has announced the establishment of a new Centre of Excellence in Dundalk, County Louth, in ireland which will create up to 30 jobs over the next three years. This initiative is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland and aims to bolster the local economy while enhancing Ireland’s IT industry.

The launch of the Centre of Excellence marks a significant milestone for Noesis as it seeks to expand its presence in Ireland. Nelson Pereira, the Chief Technology Officer of Noesis, expressed pride in the company’s commitment to grow alongside its clients and team in Ireland. He emphasized the importance of the Irish market, citing the exceptional talent available in the region.

Minister for Enterprise Trade & Employment, Peter Burke TD, welcomed the announcement, highlighting the job opportunities it will create for Dundalk and surrounding areas. He noted that this expansion aligns with the government’s goal of increasing regional investment and supporting businesses through innovative technology solutions.
